Installing GEORGE Firmware Update on Windows Vista
(part 1)
This installation guide will walk you through the steps of updating your GEORGE on Windows Vista.
Lets begin:
If you have not yet downloaded the George Update Assistant click here
Driver Installation
Make sure the GEORGE remote is docked and that GEORGE is not
connected to the computer
Make sure the iPod is removed from GEORGE and no other audio is playing.
Step 1
Double click the "George Update Assistant" package
After the folder opens, double click the "Setup" icon
Step 2
Select "Run"

When prompted by Vista to "Cancel" or "Allow" installation, select "Allow"

Select "Install"

Click "Next" after the welcome screen appears

Click "Finish" after the installation has compeleted successfully

George Assistant will run automatically
Click "Next" after the welcome screen appears

Select "Everyone" then click "Next"

Plug in GEORGE and let Vista install the driver

Double click "George Assistant" icon on desktop

George Assistant will launch your browser and bring you to the downloads page, click on the "George Updater.zip" to download
